By downloading or using D Media Player ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About the App
D Media Player is an all-in-one media player that allows users to play local files, stream IPTV channels, and connect to personal media servers. The App contains ZERO built-in content, media, or proprietary streaming sources.
Note: Any sample stream links provided in the app are for demonstration purposes only. These point to publicly available, free-to-air broadcasts operated by third parties. We do not host, store, or transmit any media content.
Users are entirely responsible for the media, data, and sources they choose to play or configure within the App.
2. Pricing & In-App Purchases
D Media Player offers a free tier that includes all core media player features at no cost. There are no mandatory subscriptions.
An optional Pro upgrade is available as a one-time, non-recurring in-app purchase ("Lifetime Pro"). Pro unlocks additional features including the Playback History Log and the Source Analytics Dashboard. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. This purchase is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
You may restore your purchase on any device signed into the same Apple ID by using the "Restore Purchase" option in the app's Settings.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to pirate, distribute, or consume unauthorized copyrighted material.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
User Responsibility: Nekosoftech does not monitor, host, or control any of the APIs configured by users. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to access the data provided by your API endpoints.
4. Disclaimer
D Media Player is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Nekosoftech makes no guarantees regarding the compatibility of the App with third-party APIs. Nekosoftech is not liable for any content accessed through user-provided configurations.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nekosoftech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or the APIs you configure.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
