By downloading or using D Media Player ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

D Media Player is a developer tool and API sandbox that allows users to connect their own JSON APIs to native video streaming interfaces. The App contains ZERO built-in content, media, or API sources. Users are entirely responsible for the data and APIs they choose to configure within the App.

2. Pricing

D Media Player is currently offered as a free testing utility for developers. There are no mandatory subscriptions or paywalls to use the core API mapping features.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

User Responsibility: Nekosoftech does not monitor, host, or control any of the APIs configured by users. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to access the data provided by your API endpoints.

4. Disclaimer

D Media Player is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Nekosoftech makes no guarantees regarding the compatibility of the App with third-party APIs. Nekosoftech is not liable for any content accessed through user-provided configurations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nekosoftech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or the APIs you configure.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
